    Cut the chicken into pieces by joint and briefly blanch it in boiling water.

    Mix the seasoning ingredients with the blanched chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

    Dice the radish, carrot, and onion, and slice the peppers into thin rounds.

    Briefly blanch the cooked dried radish greens once more in boiling water, then cut them into 6 cm lengths.

    Add 30 g water, the chicken, and the dried radish greens to a pot. Add all the prepared vegetables except the green and red peppers, then braise.

    Top with the red and green peppers to finish.

Ingredient substitutions

Chicken
Pork or firm tofu can fill the same role, but the flavor and cooking time change.
Korean radish
Daikon is the closest common option; it may be milder or more watery.
Carrot
Bell pepper adds color but a different flavor.
Onion
Shallot or leek works with a different aroma.
Red chili pepper
Use a mild red pepper or a small amount of chili flakes; heat will vary.
