Pork ribs slowly braised in a mild vegetable broth with low-sodium soy sauce, king oyster mushrooms, and vegetables.

Soak the pork ribs in cold water to remove the blood, then blanch them in boiling water.
Cut the king oyster mushroom lengthwise into slices.
Cut the carrot, onion, and green onion into large pieces and soak them in hot water.
Strain the soaked vegetables to make vegetable broth.
Pour the vegetable broth into a pot and mix in the low-sodium soy sauce, oligosaccharide syrup, minced garlic, and black pepper.
Add the pork ribs to the seasoned vegetable broth and simmer gently until reduced. Add the prepared vegetables and king oyster mushroom, then continue braising until the sauce becomes glossy.
