    Cut the beef into bite-size pieces.

    Cut the radish into bite-size pieces.

    Heat sesame oil in a pot and stir-fry the beef until no longer bloody.

    When the beef is cooked, add the radish and stir-fry until it becomes translucent.

    Add the water over medium heat, bring to a boil, and add the oyster mushrooms.

    Add the mung bean sprouts and green onion and bring to a brief boil, then add the low-sodium soy sauce and chili powder.

Ingredient substitutions

Beef
Mushrooms or chicken can replace it with a different result.
Korean radish
Daikon is the closest common option; it may be milder or more watery.
Green onion
Chives or a small amount of leek can work, with a different flavor.
Mushroom
Any mild mushroom can work.
Soy sauce
Tamari works, though saltiness differs.
